Sapphire Foundation and the Everett and Austin Project are together hosting an event. The HIKE FOR DUCHHENNE VI also tagged 300 Mile Autumn Hike is one of the regular Hiking events held to create awareness about Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy but also not limited to that, it’s also meant to raise funds to support the Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy patients in Africa.
In the last hiking events we have seen significant improvements and the improvement in support has also led to the improvement in the kind of support that we have offered to people. Through our partner’s donations we have been able to do startup businesses for different families in not only in Uganda but Kenya, Cameroon and Nigeria we have also through the donations given food relief to different families, we have bought wheel chairs for disabled children, and improved livelihood of the poor and people with rare diseases at large. You can view more of our work and other out reaches and be able to follow up on www.theeverettandaustinproject.org
On this autumns Hike, we come stronger with more Miles (Kilometers) to cover and we have the biggest part of our team involved in one way or the other to make sure that this event is more successful than the past event, this came with our online experience of our first online conference that was held earlier on this month in a bid to create more awareness about Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, this achieved its intended results.
We request you to take part and also as we aspire to make this difference in the lives of people in Africa and mostly people with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. If you can’t hike there are still many more ways you can help and the biggest is to donate with us and with that you will have participated directly towards the cause to donate. Hit the donate button here or go to www.theeverettandaustinproject.org
Thank you, Together with you.
